Returns
You have 30 days from the shipment date to return or exchange your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, product(s) must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, if applicable, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Additionally, swimwear bottoms can only be returned if unused with the hygienic liner intact and underwear can only be returned if unused.

All returns are handled case-by-case and at Alex Coco’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed.
Damages and Shipping Errors
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This helps us evaluate the issue and prioritize finding a solution.
Sales / Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once your return is successfully processed, your funds will be credited back to you through your original payment method. Note, typically you can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days. However, some banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
